Texas Fishing Report ATHENS: Water fairly clear, 61 to 65 degrees, 1.74 meters tall. in Black are just in spinnerbaits, Rat-L-Traps and Texas rigs. Crappie are fair to good fishing in tents and templates on brush piles. Catfish are fair to good on cut shad.
